Refund policy

At Homeilra, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
